In Bot or Not, you participate in a social deception game set within a group chat environment. Your primary objective is to correctly identify which players are bots while simultaneously attempting to convince the other participants that you are a bot yourself. The gameplay focuses on communication and deduction, requiring you to analyze the responses of others to determine their true nature. This multiplayer experience relies on your ability to blend in or expose artificial intelligence among the group.
This game stands out by turning the challenge of distinguishing human interaction from machine output into a competitive social experience. It is well-suited for players who enjoy psychological games and testing their intuition against others. Each session is relatively quick, making it easy to jump into a round whenever you have a few minutes to spare. The project was built using ReactJS and features code primarily generated by AI.
