About Folded Keep
Folded Keep is a strategy game where you defend your castle by manipulating a parchment map. You control the battlefield by dragging the edges of the map to fold it, slamming towers and structures onto invading forces to crush them. Between waves, you manage resources to place new buildings and select royal decrees to gain tactical advantages. The goal is to survive twelve waves of enemies, including challenging boss encounters, while carefully managing the physical state of your map. Every fold creates creases, and too many intersections will cause the paper to rip, potentially destroying your own defenses.
This game offers a unique tactile experience where the map itself acts as your primary weapon. It is well-suited for players who enjoy creative mechanics and strategic planning. Sessions are quick, making it easy to jump in for a short challenge. The game is fully playable on both desktop and mobile devices in portrait mode. It was developed using AI tools during a game jam.
